The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, in Belgium or in Europe.

The delivery area includes Belgium, as well as the countries of the European Union and Switzerland. If you live in a country outside the European Union or Switzerland, please contact us by email shop (at) kampotpepper.com. We will give you the contact details of our nearest distributor.

The choice of the carrier is made by the buyer according to the choices proposed on the website of the seller at the time of the order. Shipping and delivery costs depend on geographical areas and order amounts. They are those in force on the day of the transmission of the order as they appear on the ecommerce website at the date of the order. In the case of delivery outside the European Union, you are responsible, as the importer, for the payment of all customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed upon arrival of the goods.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Subject to the availability of the products, the seller will make his best efforts to have the order shipped within the deadlines displayed on the product sheet and from the working day following that of the validation by the buyer of his order.

Disputes
