 A chai porridge to kickstart the day!

It’s an easy and delicious way to enjoy the benefits of our Chai Mix, composed of our Cassia Cinnamon, Forest Cardamom, Young Ginger, Black Kampot Pepper and Flower of Turmeric. This spice blend has many virtues; anti-oxydant, anti-inflammatory and boosting the immune system. Perfect to go through winter, healthily and peacefully.

 Recipe:

In a pan, mix 3 tablespoon of chia with 200ml of milk (plant or animal based), with 1 teaspoon of our Chai Mix. Sweeten to your taste (even though our Cassia Cinnamon already adds a sweet note). Heat it up for 5 minutes on medium heat, and leave to rest off the heat for 3 minutes.

Enjoy with a handful of pecan nuts (that you can roast in the oven with a bit of Kampot Flower of Salt), and a spoon of yoghurt and honey.
