Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • Oats

    200g

  • Mixed seeds: hemp, linseed, sunflower

    60g

  • Coconut flakes

    2 tbsp

  • Almonds

    60g

  • Maple Syrup

    60g

  • Coconut oil or vegetable oil

    60g

  • Cassia Cinnamon

    2.5 tsp

  • Young Ginger

    1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 160°C. In a bowl, combine the oats, seeds, coconut petals, almonds, Cinnamon and Young Ginger. Mix well. Add the oil of your choice and the maple syrup. Mix again. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour in the granola and bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through with a wooden spatula. Remove the granola from the oven. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.

Tip: Granola is very easy to make at home. Take advantage of this to vary the ingredients very easily. You can add cocoa powder, nuts, honey, lemon, Forest Cardamom. In the kitchen!
