Don't waste any time, try this Granola recipe !

It’s easy to make and so good for your health, thanks to the many benefits of both our Cassia Cinnamon and our Young Ginger. Indeed, they contain many virtues ; anti-oxydants, boosting the immune system and anti-inflammatory, very important for the digestive system. Spicing up your morning is the guarantee of a lovely day! 


Oat: 200g
Mix seeds: hemps, linseeds, sunflower: 60g
Coconut flakes: 2 tbsp
Almonds: 60g
Maple syrup: 60g
Coconut oil / vegetal oil: 60g
Ground Cinnamon: 2,5 tsp
Ground Ginger: 1 tsp 



Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
In a bowl, combine oats, mix seeds, coconut flakes, almonds, ground Cinnamon, ground Ginger. Stir well.
Add-in the oil of your choice and the maple syrup. Stir to combine.
On a baking sheet, line some parchment paper. Pour the granola and bake for 15 mins stirring halfway with a wooden spatula.
Remove the granola from the oven. Let it cool completely before breaking it apart. 


Homemade Granola is the simplest thing to make at home. You can twist it in many different ways. Add some cocoa powder, walnuts, honey, lemon, Wild Cardamom
