- 250g of flour- 1 tablespoon of our Chai Mix- 125g of sugar- 125g of salted butter- 1 egg
Sift the flour with our Chai Mix. In a bowl, mix the spiced flour and the sugar. Cut the cold butter in small bits and add it. Mix it all by hand until you get a fine powder.
Add the egg, and mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous pastry. Bring it to a ball and wrap it in plastic film. Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.
Heat your oven to 160°C.
Roll out the dough and cut it with the cookie cutters of your choice. Add them to a cooking tray linen with paper (or a silicone sheet).
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. When the edges start to brown, it’s ready! You can keep them a few days, in a box.
