Within La Plantation, we have built a production plant which allows us to process and package the spices immediately after their harvest. This freshness is an essential guarantee of the quality of the spices we produce.
The production site provides a controlled environment with trained teams, ensuring compliance with international standards in terms of hygiene and food safety. The spices are tested by international laboratories before being distributed.

In 2017, we launched a new product, the Salted Kampot Pepper, an exclusive product from La Plantation. We have developed a unique technique to preserve the taste and crunchiness of fresh green Kampot Pepper, while preserving its freshness for two years. Salted Kampot Pepper follows a complex fermentation process with Kampot salt. The taste result is explosive and unanimous with a fragrant and crunchy corn, without being too spicy. Salted Kampot Pepper has been awarded by expert juries and gourmets all around the world.
We are proud that this product, created at La Plantation, is today found at the table of several 3-star Michelin chefs, and promising young chefs. Everyone tasting this product is unanimous as to its originality and quality.
