The fresh corns are selected by hand and undergo a complex fermentation process using Kampot salt, developed at La Plantation. This fermentation reinforces the flavor which is similar to fresh red pepper, with sweet and fruity notes.
No need for a mill, the Fresh Red Pepper with Salt from La Plantation is crushed and ready to eat.
It sublimates meats, pasta wonderfully (a 'Caccio and Peppe' with Fresh Red Pepper in Salt is miraculous!). You can also sprinkle your preparations, salads or oysters with a few corns.
