We have selected the best spices to create a traditional Khmer Red Curry recipe. They have been powdered just before packaging to retain all their flavors.
Khmer cuisine is fragrant but not spicy. You will find warm and fruity notes in our Red Curry.
Our original blend of freshly ground spices, Khmer Rouge Curry, is easy to use either directly at the end of cooking your meals, or in a curry dish in a sauce with coconut milk.
It goes wonderfully with chicken, duck, beef or shrimp and gets its red color from the Long Sweet Pepper and Annatto.
Once the package is opened, we recommend that you keep the Red Curry in a closed jar, protected from light and moisture, so that it retains all its flavor and crunchiness.
