Our Spicy Pineapple Sauce is cooked from pineapples cut at full maturity. The spiciness comes from the White (or Yellow) Chili which reinforces the beautiful colour of the sauce. The Turmeric, the Ginger, and the Dark Red Kampot Pepper reinforce the aromas of the sauce, which finds a beautiful balance with the sugar, salt and vinegar.

These sauces, rich and intense in spices, are very little dilluted, to offer a fresh and powerful flavour. Without any colouring or preservative, they have to be shaken before usage and kept in the fridge once open.
