The White Chili is a very common variety in Cambodia. Each family grows a few plants close to their house. Fresh white chilies are widely used in Khmer cuisine.
The chilies are cleaned, stripped of their tails and dried at low temperature to retain all their aromas. They are then powdered before being immediately packaged in sealed bags.
With an astonishing beige color, the White Chili develops fruity and lemony notes.

Once the package is opened, we recommend that you transfer the Chili from the plastic bag directly to the paper tube certified for food. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture and retain its unique flavor and aroma.
