Rather than choosing a sole chili, our Blend of crushed Chilies adds a warm spicy touch to balance your dishes.
These Chilies are harvested at full maturity, their tails are taken off and they are dehydrated on low heat to ensure the conservation of their aromas and spiciness. This trio is composed ofΒ Red Bird Chili, Sweet Long Green Chili, and White Chili.
An ideal blend to sprinkle on meats, scrambled eggs, pasta or in a marinade.
Once the package is opened, we recommend that you transfer the Chili from the plastic bag directly to the paper tube certified for food. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture and retain its unique flavour and aroma.
