– Our Forest Cardamom is a wild species from the rainforests of the Cardamom range. Our pickers harvest the fruit when fully ripe and dry it in a smokehouse.
– Our Chai Mix is a rich and fragrant blend of Khmer spices. It is naturally sweetened with cinnamon.
– Our Pandan Powder, also known as Asian Vanilla, is widely used in Cambodian cooking and especially for colouring desserts.
– Our Lemongrass Powder. Also known as Indian verbena, lemongrass is an essential ingredient in Cambodian, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
– Our Young Ginger Powder is harvested while still young, peeled and dried immediately at low temperature to preserve all its flavours.
