Our Peppers and Spices mix is ready-to-use. The spices are crushed in coarse grinding by us and packaged immediately to retain their aromas.
This blend develops a subtle balance of peppery, lemony and flowery aromas. It sublimates meat, foie gras, and spices up all your dishes, from starter to dessert.
Does not contain salt.
Try it as is or grind it in a pepper mill.
Once the package is opened, we recommend that you keep the Peppers & Spices Mix in a closed jar, protected from light and moisture, so that it retains all its flavor and crunchiness.
