The fruits of Long Pepper are harvested by hand at full maturity. They are then cleaned and sun-dried in strips, to obtain naturally crisp and spicy chips.

Then, in a second time, the aromatic force of Long Pepper is revealed with hot and spicy notes of gingerbread or speculoos.
