Kampot Pepper Millésime is the essence of Kampot pepper and can be compared to a late grape harvest for wine. Clusters are harvested at full maturity at the end of the harvest season. The split between black and red peppercorns is different for each cluster and depends on the climate conditions at that period. The Kampot Pepper Millésime 2019 benefited from very favorable weather conditions.
Kampot Pepper Millésime 2019 develops rich aromas, it is less spicy and has more fruity notes than Black Kampot Pepper. The peppercorns, scalded and sun-dried, are black chocolate and dark red colors. Whole bunches are processed without color selection.
Kampot Pepper Millésime 2019 will pair perfectly with rice, summer vegetables, sweet and sour dishes and if you want to surprise your guests grind it on crème brulée, pan-fried fruits, chocolate cake, pear crumble or pudding.
Once the package is opened, we recommend that you keep Kampot Pepper corns in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture, so that it retains all its flavor and aroma.
