Our Spicy Mango Sauce is cooked from mangoes cut at full maturity. The spiciness comes from the Red Chili which reinforces the beautiful orangey-red colour of the sauce. The Ginger, the Cardamom and the Dehydrated Green Kampot Pepper reinforce the aromas of the sauce, which finds an beautiful balance with the sugar, salt and vinegar.
Our Spicy Mango Sauce has a spiciness level of 4/5.
As soon as it is done cooking, the sauce is bottled to maintain its full aroma.
Produced in Cambodia (Kampot), using fresh fruits and spices, these sauces offer a spiciness (subtle to intense) full of flavours and surprises. Each recipe is the occasion to rediscover your favourite spices!
These sauces, rich and intense in spices, are very little dilluted, to offer a fresh and powerful flavour. Without any colouring or preservative, they have to be shaken before usage and kept in the fridge once open.
Our Spicy Pineapple Sauce can be enjoyed alongside raw fish, ceviche, shrimps for spicy lovers, or mixed into a mayonnaise to heat it up without being too overpowering.
