Our Spicy Mango Sauce is cooked from mangoes cut at full maturity. The spiciness comes from the Red Chili which reinforces the beautiful orangey-red colour of the sauce. The Ginger, the Cardamom and the Dehydrated Green Kampot Pepper reinforce the aromas of the sauce, which finds an beautiful balance with the sugar, salt and vinegar.
