Our Khmer Roots sauce offers you a perfect balance, subtle and tasty. The strong and powerful notes of ginger, turmeric and galangal rhizomes are balanced by the soft and sweet notes of banana and palm flower sugar.
This very original sauce, where turmeric reinforces its beautiful yellow-orange color, is the ideal condiment for meats, fish, vegetables.
It is a delicious accompaniment to rice, curries and will give a boost to a juice or vegetable smoothies. You can put a touch of Khmer Roots Sauce on a chicken or fish papillote, sautéed vegetables, a poke bowl. It will be delicious mixed with a brousse de brebis or a sauce to accompany your spring rolls.
Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle well before each use.
