How to use Ginger Papaya Sauce
Papaya Ginger Sauce can be used as a condiment with seafood dishes (oysters, shrimps), in a mayonnaise. You can add it to a chicken or shrimp marinade (let the marinade sit overnight to let the flavors develop). It will give a delicious spicy touch to a fruit salad (peaches, strawberries, raspberries, pears), a yogurt or a fresh goat or sheep cheese.
Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle well before each use.
