Our Cinnamon Tamarind Sauce is perfectly simple, combining the balanced sweetness of cinnamon and the tartness of tamarind. Tamarind is a popular fruit in Cambodia and is used in local specialties such as tamarind fried clams and soups. Our Cinnamon Tamarind Sauce can be used from appetizer to dessert. For breakfast, you can add a spoonful of sauce in a yogurt or on a slice of buttered bread. It is delicious.

You can also use it with a slow-cooked shoulder of lamb or to lacquer a duck breast or a spicy porx. It can also be mixed with miso and olive oil, then covered on slices of eggplant that will be candied in the oven. 

How to use Cinnamon Tamarind Sauce 

As a jam on toast, yogurt, caramelized pork or duck, candied eggplant.

Delicious in slow-cooked meat dishes.
